TMA was solely responsible for the user research, information architecture (IA), interface design and front and back-end development of the website. We worked closely with multiple stakeholders and users to build a set of user profiles and scenarios that informed our IA process, resulting in branded, accessible page layouts and designs. TMA determined the best structure for the site and was to enable diverse user groups to build content within the prescribed workflow. We then built the site and applied a design that was in line with state branding requirements and federal accessibility criteria, undertaking thorough testing at every stage. The success of this project led to TMA being approached to also deliver the expansion of the website to other districts.
