Ohana
Our first project of its nature, Ohana is a one of a kind multi-storey development in Batemans Bay. The goal was to create a brand that injects vitality and sophistication into the coastline, in suit of the standout development.
To allow residents to choose a version of life, The Mark Agency collaborated with one of Australia’s leading interior designers Mon Palmer to create three distinctive interior aesthetics. Tropical Luxe, Boho Bungalow and Bermudian Boutique. Each aesthetic is reflective of the natural beauty of the surrounds with every element considered to exude that coastal calm feeling.
The Mark Agency saw this project from end to end with a collective vision. A team collaboration including name generation, logo and brandmark design, website, brochure and plan books, display suite and signage, digital advertising, radio, TVC, ongoing EDM content and distribution, and its own social media page.
The visionary apartment project by Core Developments will see 67-beach-side apartments built on the corner of Beach Road and Herarde Street with building commencing in 2021.
