Mental Health Australia, the national peak body for mental health, engaged The Mark Agency to overhaul its outdated website. The existing site was difficult to navigate and maintain, with thousands of backlogged articles and publications, a cluttered structure, and a legacy forum that needed to be preserved.

Workshopping with stakeholders and researching the needs of diverse user groups to inform the site’s structure and content strategy. The final solution was a custom website with a refreshed visual design, streamlined architecture, and an efficient content management system.
