Characterised by grassy outlooks and an easy-going lifestyle sits OLEA, Gungahlin’s first townhouse project. TMA were proud to brand, tease and launch the 72 townhouse development. The brand needed to encapsulate the lifestyle offered by close proximity to the nature reserves and town centre. The visual language of the “olive branch” references the close connection OLEA offers residents to their neighbours and the nature beyond. This was bought to life in a brand video that was used throughout the website, digital ads and display suite.
Within 6 weeks of teaser launching, OLEA was more than 50% sold.
