TMA was engaged to brand and activate Canberra’s first development featuring a grand waterfall and modern, biophilic design. Molonglo Falls is the latest project by local developer Zapari that invites residents to live, alive.
TMA were responsible for delivering all aspects of the integrated campaign from kick off to activation, commencing with brandmark design and creative direction. Rich visuals including organic lines and textures reflect the innate connection between nature and the adventurous lifestyle of the region. Extensive copywriting, requiring thorough research and understanding of the area and its unique amenities, was undertaken to develop a comprehensive brochure and plan book. An elegant single page website was designed and developed with an immersive brand video and unique UX. The brand video was created to capture a lifestyle filled with adventure at Molonglo Falls, featuring a specially written manifesto as voiceover.
Upon launch, the brand video was distributed across TVC, digital advertising and website. A fully integrated digital advertising campaign was launched to actively target those in the market with the right content and messaging, at the right time. All hoarding and display suite signage were designed with consideration to maximum visibility and recall for those driving on the main road of John Gorton Drive. Media HIT 104.7 was engaged on launch weekend to invite prospective buyers to the space and generate brand awareness.
Molonglo Falls is the product of a successful collaboration on strategy, content, web development, graphic design and creative teams that has ultimately driven massive success for sales agents, stakeholders and the client.
