TMA were engaged in the brand development of Trade-Up, a local software company that extended their brand portfolio to include a suite of data-informed construction apps. These apps target subcontractors, builders, site workers and compliance stakeholders to increase on-site productivity and streamline processes through automation.
To develop the vision, TMA named the umbrella brand Up-Family to house the extension of sub-brands; Trade-Up, Service-Up, Check-Up, Work-Up and Project-Up. Each sub-brand maintains consistency whilst holding their own colour palette and identity. The brandmark design is simple and punchy to communicate that software doesn’t need to be complex.
As a data-informed application that empowers all verticals of the construction industry, the brand essence ‘Verified Success’ was established. Taking the guesswork out of the industry with verified data to all stakeholders.
To reflect the user-friendly applications, we designed a new web interface that is simple and easy to navigate for anyone in the trade. With a combination of functional features and benefits to the end-user, the website communicates how Up-Family’s suite of products are a single source of data for all productivity.
An integrated digital campaign was our key driver to spread the word about Up-Family. Effective targeting and optimisation of ads ensured the target audiences of each trade were informed on social media. Google SEO optimisation and ads were engaged for those searching for a solution. As a result, website traffic and leads showed a significant increase. To support the user journey, TMA built an automation EDM campaign to nurture new enquirers.
